They knew?

9/7/2006 - In Bush’s speech in Atlanta yesterday he said this about Al Quaeda:
“Shortly after the embassy bombings, bin Laden approved another attack. This one was called the Planes Operation. Our intelligence agencies believe it was suggested by a fellow terrorist named Khalid Sheik Mohammed, or KSM. KSM’s plan was to hijack commercial airliners and to crash them into buildings in the United States. He and bin Laden selected four preliminary targets: the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, the Capitol Building and the White House.The Planes Operation would become the 9/11 plot. And by the middle of 1999, KSM was at work recruiting suicide operatives to hijack the airplanes.”
