Beebe camp attacks Hutchinson’s record
The campaign of Democratic gubernatorial nominee Mike Beebe accused Asa Hutchinson, the Republican candidate, of wanting a “second try†at fighting illegal immigration and illegal drugs, “the same issues he failed at in Washington.â€
Beebe, the state attorney general, was responding to an ad by Hutchinson, a former head of the U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration and former undersecretary of the U. S. Department of Homeland Security.
The ad touts Hutchinson’s plans to fight methamphetamine and his plan to get state police to enforce immigration laws.

When the DHS took over “border” security with Ridge and Hutchinson at the top - we had more of them illegal pesky Mexican’s come over the border than ever. We now have an estimated 20 million illegal aliens nesting in our house.
Now, Hutchinson stands on his mountian and screams that he’s gonna export them instantly. Interesting, he and the Agency he was charge to lead, let them in by the millions, now he’s gonna play cowboy and herd ‘em back. Has Hutchinson ever had a job that he was compentent for? No from what I’ve read.
