“It’s about the students, stupid,” UA full court press on the bond issue
I’m still not convinced, with an estimated 700 million dollar budget surplus that it’s a fiscally responsible move to finance and re-finance higher education bonds. Seems to me, we’d be better paying down our exsisting debt rather than adding to it. Maybe I’m missing something in math 101.
