Arkansas Income Tax Rates
Since a reader asked about Arkansas income tax rates, here they are for taxable income.  You do not have to have taxable income though in order to receive tax rebates or EITC’s (earned income tax credits). For that reason, Arkansas income tax rates are irrelevant to the grocery tax debate.
