I bought a lemon and I’m sorry?
Arnold Defends Hillary, Mulls Senate Run
Schwarzenegger said that he believes politicians should be honest about admitting their mistakes but that “people are too tied down with analyzing†whether Hillary Clinton’s vote to authorize the Iraq war was a mistake.Â
“Is that what makes the country operate well, if she becomes president?†he asked. “How you twist that or spin that? We should look at what has she done as senator. What has Barack Obama done as a U.S. senator or [a state] senator. What has Rudy Giuliani done? What has McCain done? You’ve got to judge people not by this one little thing.â€Â
I have to agree here with Arnold. The brewhah over Hillary not apologizing for her vote to authorize the war in ‘02 is petty. You’re gonna buy a new car, and everything you’ve read and researched; the reviews, the testimonials, the stats tell you that you’ve made the right choice and you lay down the dough for “the best car ever built” by X car company. Come to find out, the reviews were lies, the testimonals unture and the stats were fixed…and you bought a lemon, so you should apolgize to X car company for buying the car? No, you should be mad as hell and demand your money back…that’s were Hillary and the Democrats have missed the boat here. Stop with the word dancing and non-binding waste of time, and get into the hearings on how and why we were sold a “lemon” and move right into the war profiteering. I’ve said it here, time after time, when middle America finds how much money, their hard earn money was skimmed off to Bush favored corporations and Bush cronnies, the Democrats won’t have to push for impeachment, they’ll just have to draw up the papers, the people will do the rest.
