Failure on Two Fronts
Finally, David S. Broder from the Washington Post throws Bush, his surge and the Republican Presidential Candidates under the bus or in this case…the speeding September train.
 The money quote;
Republican presidential candidates — most of whom have pledged to continue both Bush policies — are on notice. They are betting on losing policies.
