I do not have much good to say about Rotten Rudy, but this stunt is classic Rudy. Here’s the guy that shortly after 1993, and the first attack on the World Trade Center, made the fatal decision to put NYC’s rapid response and crisis center in the World Trade Center were hundreds of lives were lost and a critical emergency mechanism was lost. Now Rudy has never really paid a price for this deadly decision. In ‘93 terrorist put large car bombs in the basement-parking garage…the intent was to bring down that tower. It’s obvious to me that Rudy hasn’t enough sense to pour piss out of a boot with the directions on the heel…his judgment was flawed…despite the warnings of others around him. Remind you of another legend in his own mind - we do not need another one of those at the helm. 911 Rudy, feel safer?

A supporter of Rudy Giuliani’s is throwing a party that aims to raise $9.11 per person for the Republican’s presidential campaign.Abraham Sofaer is having a fundraiser at his Palo Alto, Calif., home on Wednesday, when Giuliani backers across the country are participating in the campaign’s national house party night.

But Sofaer said he had nothing to do with the “$9.11 for Rudy” theme.

“There are some young people who came up with it,” Sofaer said when reached by telephone Monday evening. He referred other questions to Giuliani’s campaign.

“I’m just providing support for him. He’s an old friend of mine,” Sofaer said of Giuliani.
