Judge Adds Community Service To Coughlin Sentence
Yup, in the last 8 years the gap between the have and have nots has become a deep canyon. Here, Tom Coughlin after “misusing” Wal-Mart money to the tune of a half a million dollars, doesn’t got to jail, he gets to stay home and do a little community service. He’s a have, haves obviously don’t have to serve prison time for their sins. Must be nice to be a have in this country.
Former Wal-Mart executive Tom Coughlin avoided prison a second time Friday, and again received home detention and probation, with an additional sentence of 1,500 hours of community service.
In 2006, Coughlin was sentenced to 27 months of home detention and five years’ probation after admitting to misuse of company money and gift cards to pay for some $500,000 in personal items
